General Policies

Reservation Responsibility
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your RV and/or vehicle fits within the site you reserved.

  • Site measurements and allowed pull-outs are provided at booking.

Reservation Name Requirement
  • The reservation must be made under the name of the person staying on-site.

  • By law, we are required to keep a record of license plates and guest names.


Reservation & Payment Policies

  • Date Changes:
    All changes to arrival or departure dates must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival to avoid extra fees.

  • Deposits & Balance:

    • A 50% deposit is charged at the time of reservation.

    • The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

  • One-Night Stays:
    Must be paid in full at the time of reservation.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the arrival date.

  • Cancellations within 2 weeks are non-refundable.


Site-Specific Rules

Tents

  • Limit 1 tent per site.

  • Additional tents will be charged the full rate of another site.

  • Vans, campers, RVs, and trailers must be in RV-designated sites unless approved by management.

Cabins

  • Cabins are cleaned before check-in; a cleaning fee is included.

  • Charges apply for excessive mess, broken appliances, or missing items.

  • Pets are allowed with a $25/night fee.

RV Sites

  • Each RV site accommodates 1 sleeping unit only.

  • No additional tents or trailers allowed.


Other Rules & Charges

  • Property Damage:
    Guests may be charged for any damage caused during their stay.
    Activities like chopping trees, damaging tables/log borders, etc., may result in a $300 fine.

  • Overflow Parking:
    Limited overflow parking is available. Additional fees may apply. Contact the office for more info.

  • Reservation Accuracy:
    Guest names, occupants, pets, and vehicles must match the reservation.
    Updates must be made at check-in to avoid extra charges.


Check-In & Check-Out Times

  • RV/Tent Check-In: After 1:30 PM

  • Cabin Check-In: After 3:00 PM (after-hours must be arranged before office closes)

  • RV/Tent Check-Out: By 12:00 PM

  • Cabin Check-Out: By 11:00 AM


Pet Policy

  • No aggressive animals allowed.

  • All pets must be leashed.

  • Pet waste must be picked up—dog bags are provided throughout the park.


Dispersed Camping / Boondocking Policies

Dispersed camping (also known as boondocking) is allowed on most public lands in coastal areas. However, rules vary by location and are strictly enforced by the land management agencies (e.g., BLM, Forest Service).

Regulations and Guidelines

14-Day Rule

  • Campers may stay in one location for up to 14 days within any 28-day period.

Distance Requirements

  • Campers must be at least 1 mile from developed campgrounds

  • Must be at least 100 feet from any stream or water source

Fire Restrictions

  • Campfires may require a permit and are often restricted or banned during dry seasons.

  • Always check local fire conditions.

No Services Provided

  • Dispersed camping areas do not include trash removal, restrooms, picnic tables, or water access.

  • Campers must pack out all waste.

Check Area-Specific Rules

  • Before setting up camp, confirm current regulations with the BLM or Forest Service office responsible for that region.
